Mike

Martyn Reesby - B.Com
The Principal of the Company, Martyn, has approximately 25 years experience in the corporate and commercial banking. Prior to establishing Reesby & Co, he worked at Fay Richwhite & Co. for 9 years sourcing finance for NZ corporates, property investors and property developers. Over this time he has sourced over $8.0 billion of finance for NZ corporates and property companies.

James Kellow - B.Com, PG Dip Banking, FAIBF
James sources property finance for development and investment across all value ranges, with a specific focus on high quality residential development, commercial investment and land subdivision. He joined Reesby & Co in 2003 from a background of specialist lending with AMP Property Finance and BNZ Finance. James has facilitated more than $1.5 billion of property funding.

James holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, a post graduate diploma (banking) from Massey University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Securities, Finance and Banking (Finsia).
joanne Mark McCracken - B.Com/BProp (Finance)
Mark joined Reesby & Co in May 2006 after five years as a manager at ANZ Property and Construction Finance. During this time Mark successfully managed a number of large transactions specialising in property development finance particularly high density residential and commecial devleopments.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property with a Major in Finance from the University of Auckland.
joanne Mike Rollason - Managing Director of Structured Finance (NZ) Limited
Mike has over 30 years experience in the finance sector, mainly with ANZ Banking Group. During the past twelve years Mike held various managerial positions of a relationship nature within ANZ's corporate, commercial and property sector.
joanne Joanne Clare - Manager Loans Administration
Joanne joined Structured Finance (NZ) Ltd in 2000 after working for Elders Finance Limited in loans administration. Joanne moved to the finance sector after 12 years legal experience with law firms Glaister Ennor and Simpson Grierson, in the areas of residential conveyancing, commercial and company law, estates and wills. Joanne has been a Registered Legal Executive since 1998 and is President of the Auckland branch of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives.
